Refund Policy

At LogiBook, we attempt to provide quality Cloud Based software (herein after termed services). We have developed this policy that describes what we will do should if we fail to meet your expectations or if your expectations are out of our scope.

Refund Policy for Web Services

Annual Subscriptions: : If at any time during your first 15 days of using our services, you are dissatisfied, please let us know your concern. We will do our best to address your concern, provide an available solution, work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are still not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase.

Return in case of one time or customized service: We offer services which are standard in nature. However, in some cases based on your requirement we may have to do customization. We have to incur cost for the in-house development of the skill set required for such customized service and development of some features specific to your needs. We may have to charge additional fee for the customization over and above the standard price. In such case we will not be able to process any refund.

Exception to our Refund Policy:
Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund (FULL or PRO-RATED) when we have suspended or terminated your access to LogiBook.in Services due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
